And you can really see it in the programme! Restaurants that would normally never cross paths are coming together at the same table. Local producers from West Sweden are teaming up with chefs rooted in other amazing food cultures. Brand new food concepts are being tested for the very first time – and sometimes, something is born that stays with us long after the festival is over!
